Help your posture at work!

Lots of people complain of bad lower back pains. The majority of these are down to muscle imbalances caused through daily life activities.

All of you reading this will be sitting down, so here’s a great, yet simple exercise to do that will give some relief to upper back tension. It will work on the upper back muscles and help to strengthen them in an upright position rather than the usual slouch as your postural muscles fatigue!

Give it a go each hour, and you’ll find your posture will improve and your time at the desk will be easier!
