Lemme ask you this;

” The last time you were stressing………

was it coz you weren’t “in control” ? ”

Being in control = planning.

I’ve had a manic couple of days to start

this week, but am almost back on top of things.

I like to thing I’m pretty organised,

plan most things, procrastinate very little,

and take action most of the time.

(Otherwise I wouldn’t have lasted 15 years running my own businesses, and getting GREAT results!)

But when things “crop up”, or more likely,

we take “each day as it comes”,

stress levels start to rise –

and it’s coz we haven’t planned more often than not.

Missed lunch – more likely you’ve not planned/booked it in.

Missed workout – more likely other things took priority.

Email Inbox chocca – Get deleting old stuff, move things to folders, take action.

Nothing in the fridge? – Haven’t planned meals/shop.

There’s often a perception of being “busy”,

there’s a HUGE difference between being busy and being productive.

(Something I work with my on 60 Day Coaching – especially as I’m trying to make their lives easy, more enjoyable and stress free!)

If you wanna see how busy or productive

you are do this; (Probably only 20% of you will, but that’s sort of my point 😉 )

– Piece of paper/diary – write Mon, Tues, Wed across the top

Down the left hand side, top to bottom,

write 7:00am – 8:00am

8:00 – 9:00 etc etc until bed time.

Then in this diary log down EVERYTHING

you do for the 3 days, during these times.

So 8:00 – 8:30 checked emails

8:30-9:00 – On Facebook

9:00 – 10:00 Work Meeting

etc etc

End of 3 days you can go back over and

see where you are “BUSY”

and where you are “PRODUCTIVE”

It can then be YOUR choice if you choose

to eliminate certain things from your day 😉
