DON’t do Resolutions

Morning morning and welcome into the “New Year”
So plenty of people set resolutions,
but I wouldn’t bother.
Certainly not
if it’s just “I’m gonna get fitter/ Run a 5k / Lose Weight”
Why?
Well, how is that any different to something
you’ve said before?
The only way it’s gonna be different / You’ll get a different outcome
is if you work from the roots up.
Lemme explain.
1) WHY do you want to achieve this.
Trust me, the closer you get to YOUR
reason WHY is means so much to you,
the more it will happen
2) What OBSTACLES are likely to get
in the way, or have done before? Right them down
3) How will you deal with these
obstacles WHEN they occur?
4) WHAT will you do DIFFERENTLY?
Chances are you’ve tried before,
so doing the same thing again, without
addressing the above/something different
is likely to give the same results?!
Someone on the current round of Look Great Feel Great in 21 Days
said yesterday on the “End of Day 3 Check-in”
“Doing OK, but it’s hard going”!
It sure is……..because it’s different – it’s following MY
protocols that work! It’s doing things differently
for YOU than before which DIDN’T work!
It won’t always be easy, but if things mean enough
to you, they WILL be worth it!
Onwards………… and don’t let the office/work Energy Vampire
drag you down today with their negative chat,
or how they’re “fine as they are” !! Yeah yea!!
