OK one which will require zero space!


All you need is a kettlebell, or dumbbell, and your own body. If you don’t have a weight, substitute the kettlebell swing for burpees.


Perform a KB Swing for 20secs, Rest 10secs

Perform a Plank for 20secs, Rest 10secs

Repeat for 8 total rounds or 4 of each, totalling 4minutes.


Rest 90secs and repeat again?!


Doing this daily is fine!
