Great short workout!

Yesterday I did a great workout, that lasted just 20mins.

I’m doing a charity Assault course on Sunday with our Bootcamp guys (3 teams of 6) so I didn’t want to bash out anything too hard, and as I’ve started a 4 week conditioning phase, it worked fine.

Deadlift – 15reps

DB Press – 16 reps

Wide Grip Cable Row – 15reps

Lumberjack Pushes – 14reps

Treadmill Sprints, 30secs on 30secs off x 4

Rest 60 secs, repeated 4 times.
