OK 2 challenges for January;

 

1 – NO drinking alcohol during the week – SURELY you’ve had enough?!!

 

2 – A little 4 minute workout, that ANYONE can make time for.

Stomach feeling it a bit after Xmas?!

OK, let’s have an AB blast, Tabata Style;

 

Set watch for 20secs work and 10sec rest, alternate between the 2 exercises below for 4 rounds of each, so 8 total rounds;
