Thanks and well done to those who subscribed to yesterday’s special offer!

Those that didn’t get in, don’t worry, I’ll be posting more info shortly on ways to help you achieve EARLY in 2011!

For now start with this;
Write down what you actually want to achieve, and be specific.
“I want to lose 1 stone”
“I want to run for 20mins without stopping”
“I want to fit into these jeans”
“I want to be a size xx for my wedding or holiday in xx”
“I want to be able to do 20 full pressups”

CHoose something that has a measurable target, so you know when you get there.
