A big misconception with training, especially for women is that weights, and heavy weights make you big.

No. You have to do a LOT of work, a LOT of healthy easting to get anywhere near big, and that would probably involve some banned substances.

Lifting decent weights, and functionally will get you lean and a great bodyshape.
