Where do you store yours?

Weight loss can be tricky.
Weight loss can be frustrating.
Weight loss can be on the mind often, for many!

And whilst I often talk about the NEED for Planning, Accountability and Repetition,
depending on where you’re at,
there could be some specifics to change for further improvement.

If you’re looking to lose a couple of stone upwards,
it’s mostly about THE plan you’re following (after all if we’re NOT following a plan, what ARE we following?!)
and then how often we stick to this plan.

BUT ….. once you get to that ‘sub 1 stone’ to lose area,
did you know your hormones
play a MORE crucial role for losing in specific areas on your body?

Yep, the hormones (chemicals) that are responsible for mood, energy, ageing, and health also dictate WHERE our fat can be stored.

As said above, if it’s ‘all over’ – I’d personally address the plan you’re following – but ‘to refine’ you have;

? Insulin & Love Handles – excess fat here often means you are eating TOO MANY carbohydrates.

? Insulin & Back Fat (the bit under shoulder blades or bra strap) – excess fat here, is down to your TOLERANCE of carbs. Too much here, and you might want to reduce certain carbs.

? On your side/middle of rib cage – this is related to your THYROID and how efficient/productive it is.

? Stomach & Cortisol – Excess here is down to stress. Before you go blaming the kids or partner, stress is MANY formats, from mental to food intolerances, too much caffeine/alcohol etc – all of which, when done often, place stress on the digestive system.

Once the kids are back to school, I’ll go a bit more in depth with each of these,
to hopefully help further
