Here’s a great soup you can make, all natural ingredients and has plenty of susbtance!


Chilli Chorizo and Chickpea Soup


1 Can chickpeas (drained)

1 Can chopped tomatoes

1 can of water!

Chorizo (chop into bite size pieces)

Teaspsoon nutmeg, cinammon

Empty can of water

Handful of quinoa

pinch chilli flakes


Combine all ingredients in a medium to large pan and steadily bring to the boil. Turn down to simmer and stir occasionally for around 15-20mins –

Makes 3 big servings (can reheat the next day!)
