Workouts Don’t have to be Treadmill/X-Trainer!

Had another small window for a workout today, so picked 4 exercises and named it the 3-30 workout!

I had/did;

Rower – 300metres

Barbell Push Press – 30 reps

Plyo Jump to Box – 30 reps

KB Swings – 30 reps

3 Rounds timed.


Damn I was nearly sick! This workout will get the heartrate up, works the muscles, gets the lactate system working – everything. Set your watch, turn it off at the end of 3 rounds and try to better it next time…….won’t be looking forward to next time…!!!
